Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers are entitled to return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • This policy excludes personal care products, mobile phones, and TVs.
  • For purchases made via installment plans through partnering banks, returns can only be processed after the payment movement has been settled.

Defective Products

If a manufacturing defect is detected within 30 days of purchase:

  • A valid report from the official supplier (product agent) is required.
  • All original components, packaging, and accessories must be returned.

General Conditions

  • Returns without proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) cannot be processed.
  • Products with visible damage or misuse will not be accepted.
