By placing an order with EHAB Center, you submit an offer to purchase the products included in your cart. EHAB Center reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. EHAB Center does not store or retain any credit card or payment card information.

For orders that remain unpaid, EHAB Center will hold the order reservation for up to 24 hours only. If payment is not completed within this period, EHAB Center reserves the full right to cancel the order and release the reserved items without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver orders promptly, and delivery times are estimated. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Ehab Center is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays in shipping or delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns or refunds are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the device and packaging are in their original condition, with the sales invoice. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. No returns are accepted for products purchased through installment payment services or for personal care products, mobile phones, and Tvs.

6-Installment Policy

• The consumer has the right to return it if the product is in its original condition at the prices mentioned on the purchase invoice. In the event of a refund, the bank’s conditions for refunding the value are applied.
• The terms and conditions of the bank’s installment agency apply
• The installment process, its conditions, and the conditions it includes relate to the bank issuing the credit card
• In cases of cancellation, refund, or exchange, the Consumer Protection Agency’s conditions for the exchange and return policy apply.

Installation Policy:
Installation is only performed by the warranty company for activation and maintenance. Any installation done without the company voids the warranty.

6. Warranty
